Long Bio
Nicole Cox is a Senior Coordinator at Arizona State University’s Decision Theater. She has worked in the grant-writing field since 2020. In her current position, she specializes in the grant-writing process for federal, state, charitable, and industry partnerships and assists in the development, review, and management of research proposals for Decision Theater. Previously, Nicole worked as a Grant and Contract Officer in the ASU Office of Research and Sponsored Projects Administration, where she read and interpreted contracts and other award documents to determine pertinent regulations and guidelines of program funding for complex grants and contracts. She holds two B.S. degrees from Arizona State University in Sustainability and Justice studies and an M.S in Global Technology and Development. She is currently a PhD student in the Human and Social Dimensions of Science and Technology Program, where her research focuses on nuclear waste management and public consent.
